ORUSPC is pleased to invite you to our tetrathlon rally from June 29 to July 1.
Cost per competitor is $140 or $100 per non-riding competitor.
We use portable panels for stabling, and most stalls are outside, in the shade. Bring your own bedding.
Anyone onsite at Meadows Vineyard must sign a waiver on arrival.
No dogs
We are offering a practice day on Friday, June 29. Competitors can haul in Thursday evening from 4:00 pm onwards. Shooting and riding practice will be available on Friday. This option is only available to members who are entering the rally.
As in previous tetrathlon rallies, we are providing meals for all competitors during the rally, starting with dinner on Thursday evening (for those choosing to haul in early for practice on Friday.) Parents/ volunteers can partake of the meal plan for a cost of $40 per person.
Horse Management will be modified and used as an educational opportunity. HM will not be part of the final scores.
Horses may be shared by up to 3 competitors.
Dry camping is available from June 28 - July 1 at no extra cost.
Haul in for practice day begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, July 28
Haul in for rally begins at 3:00 pm on Friday, July 29.
Rally will start at 6:00 pm on Friday, July 29.
Coaches are recommended but not required. Jumping will take place on Saturday, June 30 and Sunday, July 1, exact times to be confirmed nearer the date. Coaches must sign in at the show office and receive a badge before beginning to coach.
We are offering a non-riding option for any Pony Club member who would like to compete in shooting, running and swimming but not participate in the jumping section of the tetrathlon. See entry form to sign up for this option.

Divisions:
You can choose your jump height with no point penalty. You will choose your jump height when you are at the rally.
Jump heights:
Under 12”
18” and below
2’3” and below
2’9” and below
3’3” and below
You may also drop down a division in any of the other 3 activities and incur a 200 point penalty.
8 and under (age as of 1/1/18)
Run: 500 meters
Swim: 25 yards/meters
Shooting: 10 shots, seated and supported; competitor may shoot with two hands.
10 and under (age as of 1/1/18)
Run: 500 meters
Swim: 50 yards/meters
Shooting: 10 shots, standing; competitor may shoot with two hands.
13 and under (age as of 1/1/18)
Run: 500 meters
Swim: 50 yards/meters
Shooting: 20 shots, standing; competitor may shoot with two hands.
16 and under (age as of 1/1/18)
Run: 2000 meters
Swim: 200 yards/meters
Shooting: 20 shots, standing; competitor must shoot one-handed.
21 and under (age as of 1/1/18)
Run: 2000 meters
Swim: 200 yards/meters
Shooting: 20 shots, standing; competitor must shoot one-handed.
Horsemasters (age as of 1/1/18)
Run: 2000 meters
Swim: 200 yards/meters
Shooting: 20 shots, standing; competitor must shoot one-handed.

REFUNDS: After the closing date, no refunds will be issued. The RS may allow refunds in cases if extenuating circumstances exist.
