Felt Backing

Felt backings indicating rating levels are recommended but not required during rallies or other functions. The colors and corresponding rating levels (found in the HM Handbook and Rules for Competition) are:

• yellow for D1-D3,
• green for C1 and C2,
• white for C3,
• purple for H,
• red for B,
• orange for HA,
• blue for A.
