According to Regional Policy No.5, "Local Clubs," two requirements to be a club in good standing and remain in active status are:

  1. to submit all national dues and paperwork required by the USPC stated deadlines, and
  2. to submit all regional dues and paperwork required by the ORUSPC by stated deadlines.

The following information is provided to facilitate this policy.

Any time Any change of Club Officers An updated List of Officers (commonly called the "LOO") must be submitted each time a change in officers is made throughout the year. This form must be signed by the RS.>
February 15 Annual Financial Statement: Each clubs' Annual Financial Statement must be submitted to the National Office, RS and Vice President of Administration by February 15.
April 1 C3 Candidate Applications: C3 Candidate Applications are due to the C3 Coordinator by April 1.
Early September National Youth Congress Applications Must by completed and delivered to the RS one month before the Fall Regional Meeting, for consideration by the Regional Council. (The Oregon Pony Club's Fall 2005 Regional Meeting will be held on October 8th.)
October 31 Annual Club meeting of sponsors Each club should have their Annual Meeting of Sponsors by October 31. Notice of the annual meeting must be delivered to sponsors 30 days prior to the meeting.
November 1 Championships Intent Letter

In order to determine which competitions will be run as a qualifying activity, each PCer and family must make a serious commitment. A letter of intent must be completed and received by the RS with a non-refundable check for $50.00 to be applied to the entry fee no later than November 1st of the preceding year for all members planning on participating in championships. A refund will be made only if the applicant is not chosen to represent the region, or does not meet all the requirements to participate.

November 15 Membership Renewal Packets Must be postmarked on or before November 15, to be sent to the National Office. A late fee of $5 per renewing member will be assessed after this deadline. Send copies of this to the RS by the November 15 deadline. Front and back of the membership form must be signed.
November 30 Regional Reports and Corporate Memberships

All are due November 30. Since the Regional Reports are completed by the RS, the RS requires the club copies on or before November 15 to facilitate completing these reports.
November 30 Regional Membership Fees The fee for renewing members (2005: $25, $35 prorated) is due to the Region by November 30, and will considered late as of January 1st. The fee for new members joining between September and December is due within 30 days of accepting membership. Regional dues for new members joining during the year are to be paid within 30 days of joining. There is a late fee of $5 in each situation. (Oregon Region Policy) (These fee amounts are decided by vote of the Regional Council).
November 30 Regional Annual Club Fee The annual club fee of $125 is due by November 30.
