Congratulations New C3's It is my pleasure to announce that the Oregon region had an excellent C3 testing this year, held in August at Nancy McKnight’s farm, in Turner, Oregon. Again, our thanks to Nancy for hosting the rating and housing the Nationally provided examiners in her wonderful home. We had Stormy May as the PIP and Tambi Wall as the second. I am so proud of all that attempted the testing and express congratulations to those who met the standard in all the areas of test. Those who left the rating with a portion of the test to revisit, I encourage to them to retest and wish to let all the candidates know that we are very proud to have presented each and every one of them. We are excited to announce that 6 of 8 passed this year and we look forward to their continued participation as upper level members in the Oregon region. We also had one member from the NW region, Keena Mullen, Skagit Valley Pony Club, who passed her rating and we were pleased to include her.
